In a meeting of the Stars Football League, LLC rules committee, a change to the play clock time was approved. The League will speed up the game by reducing the play clock from 35 seconds to 30 seconds. Previously, the rules committee announced that there would be NO video replay. The calls on the field will not be over-ruled. This will both speed up the game and return the game to the human element. The League will score 50+ yard field goals as 4 points, making this scoring more relevant in close games. In addition, field goals not kicked out-of-play, may be returned. The League is adding more plays and more excitement.
